Mix and Match

On Sunday it was both Danae and I's first time attending our ward, coincidentally it was also ward conference. Now it just so happens that we had discovered only a few days earlier that we have matching dresses in different colors. It seemed only natural that we should thus match at church.

Now, in all honesty, we looked adorable...walking up to church together, sitting together and returning home. The only thing we had not planned on was the stake relief society presidency coming and giving a lesson on visiting teaching and how companions should work together. They role played, and two of the ladies were called "mix and match"...now the truly funny thing is, Danae and I had just found out that we were visiting teaching companions. Oh the cruel humor. After that we simply had to embrace the awkwardness/embarrassment of being matching visiting teaching companions.
